Vehicle Technician

Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Vehicle Fitter on behalf of our client based in Earls Colne on a temp-to-perm basis. Roles & Responsibilities • Bolt fixings and components into vehicles • Use a variety of hand and power tools daily • Work with steel and aluminium materials • Assemble, fit and modify vehicle parts as required • Ensure all work is carried out safely and to high quality standards • Maintain a clean, tidy and organised workspace • Carry out additional workshop duties as required Additional Responsibilities • Previous experience using hand and power tools essential • Experience working on vehicles advantageous • Mechanically minded with strong attention to detail • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Follow Health & Safety procedures and safe working practices Experience, Skills & Qualifications • Experience using hand and power tools • Strong mechanical aptitude • Ability to work effectively within a workshop environment • Good attention to detail and quality standards • Health & Safety conscious • Reliable and flexible approach to work Working Pattern & Benefits Hours: • Monday – Thursday: 7:00am – 4:00pm or 8:00am – 5:00pm • Friday: 7:00am – 1:00pm or 8:00am – 2:00pm Salary: Up to £16.00 per hour (dependent on experience) Benefits: Free on-site parking, canteen facilities, and potential for a permanent contract following the temporary period.
