Vehicle Technician

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Vehicle Technician based in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire. Benefits for the successful Vehicle Technician: • Basic salary up to £38,500 • Bonus scheme with OTE circa £42,000 • Late shift allowance • Monday to Friday working hours – no weekends • Manufacturer-approved ongoing training and development programmes • Genuine career progression prospects • Attractive employee benefits package Duties: • Carry out vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs adhering to manufacturer standards • Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults using advanced diagnostic tools • Perform routine inspections, health checks, and repairs efficiently • Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with manufacturer and company policies • Complete accurate job cards and maintain electronic workshop records • Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction Requirements: • Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair qualification (or equivalent) • Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, either service or diagnostic • Strong mechanical knowledge with diagnostic experience preferred • Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving abilities • High attention to detail and a methodical approach • Valid UK driving licence This Vehicle Technician position offers a stable working environment within a busy, modern workshop, equipped with the latest technology.
