Job description

We are currently recruiting for enthusiastic and motivated Waking Night Support Workers to join our friendly service in Bedford. If you would like a rewarding role supporting individuals with learning and physical disabilities to achieve their life goals and join the local community, then we would love to hear from you. Support Worker Duties: • Providing respectful personal care, practical and emotional support, • Develop and sustain warm and trusting relationships with service users, • Collaborating with colleagues, families and involved professionals to ensure a coordinated and consistent service. This is a role of 20 hours per week, with shifts being worked Wednesdays and Sundays. At least 12 month’s experience in supporting individuals with learning disabilities is essential.
