Essential person specification requirements Qualifications • Good standard of general education to GCSE level or equivalent, including Maths and English Language. • NVQ Level 2 • key board skills Experience • IT literate using Microsoft packages • Develop and maintain positive working relationships • Experience of using electronic systems • Experience of providing a service to patients or customers Skills and Abilities • Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal and telephone skills. • Word processing skills / keyboard familiarity. • Organised, systematic and tidy, taking responsibility for professional appearance of own work area. • Patient focused approach to care and services • Works effectively within small teams • Able to prioritise tasks and workload • Friendly, kind, polite, open and honest. • Open to change and able to make suggestions of new ways of working • Adaptable and flexible • Good attendance record. • Able to access all Trust sites.
