We are seeking a caring and dedicated Ward Manager to join our team! What You’ll be Doing • Lead and manage the ward team to deliver high-quality patient care. • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and standards. • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance patient care. • Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff, providing support and training as needed. • Manage patient admissions, discharges, and transfers. • Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
