Warehouse & Forklift Operative

We're recruiting on behalf of our client for a motivated Warehouse & Forklift Operative to play a key role in keeping operations running efficiently. What You'll Be Doing: • Safely handling, loading, unloading, and stacking materials • Operating forklifts (Counterbalance and/or Reach Truck) • Reviewing previous day's output and ensuring production lines are fully supplied • Maintaining a consistent flow of materials to the assembly line using Kanban systems • Transporting materials efficiently while keeping the workspace clean and organised • Carrying out stock counts and inventory checks • Using computers and radios to support clear communication • Working collaboratively to meet daily targets while adhering to health and safety standards What We're Looking For: • Valid Counterbalance forklift licence • Ability to perform heavy lifting and remain on your feet for extended periods • Strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and good teamwork skills What's in It for You: • Full-time hours: Monday to Thursday 08:00-17:00, Friday 08:00-14:00 • Breaks: Two paid 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute unpaid lunch break • Competitive pay: £13.21-£13.71 per hour, depending on licences • Potential for a permanent position for the right candidate Ready to Apply?
