Full Job Description Warehouse Fulfilment Operative Full Time Temporary to Perm Role Hours - Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm We are recruiting reliable Picker Packers to join a busy warehouse team. This hands-on role is ideal for candidates with experience in packing, picking, order fulfilment and labelling who take pride in accuracy and efficiency. Key responsibilities • Pick items accurately from stock locations according to orders • Pack products securely for dispatch, maintaining quality standards • Complete order fulfilment tasks, including processing, staging and preparing shipments • Apply and check labels, barcodes and paperwork to ensure correct routing • Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area • Report discrepancies or damages and assist with stock checks as required Required skills and attributes • Proven experience in packing, picking, order fulfilment and labelling • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate order processing • Ability to work quickly and maintain productivity to meet targets • Comfortable with repetitive physical tasks and able to lift moderate weights • Good communication skills and able to follow instructions • Reliable, punctual and a team player
