The organisation is now seeking a Warehouse Process Manager to play a key role in driving performance across its global warehousing network. This position will work cross-functionally with Technology, Supply Chain, Operations, and Data teams to lead system enhancements, improve processes, and deliver scalable solutions across both owned sites and third-party logistics partners.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead warehouse-related system projects, including WMS and ERP integrations and enhancements
• Develop and manage operational reporting, KPI dashboards, and performance insights across multiple locations
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve productivity, service levels, inventory accuracy, and cost efficiency
• Support global warehouse transformation initiatives, including new site launches and process standardisation
• Lead, coach, and develop a small team, ensuring effective prioritisation and delivery of key projects
About You
• Proven experience within warehouse operations, system implementations, or process improvement
• Strong understanding of WMS and ERP systems, including integration projects
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights
• Demonstrated project management capability with strong organisational skills
• Experience managing or mentoring small teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
Desirable Skills & Experience
• Experience with ERP platforms such as NetSuite
• Knowledge of APIs, EDI, and multi-site or multi-country logistics operations
• Exposure to warehouse automation technologies
• Formal project management qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, PMP)
