Warehouse Manager • Annual Salary: £38k-£44k • Location: Chessington • Job Type: Full-time We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to join a great client of ours to oversee the operational aspects of their warehouse and logistics functions. This hands-on leadership role is crucial for ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient handling of all goods, including medical device stock, consumables, and demonstration/loan equipment. The Warehouse Manager will play a key role in the implementation and day-to-day operation of our new Warehouse Management System (WMS). Day-to-day of the role: • Manage all warehouse activities including goods in, order fulfilment, stock movements, despatch, and returns. • Maintain a safe, clean, and organised warehouse environment, enforcing Health & Safety standards. • Ensure warehouse security and manage stock receipt, put away, movement, and cycle counting using NetSuite and Salesforce. • Conduct regular stock reconciliations and resolve discrepancies through corrective actions. • Support medical device compliance, including FEFO stock rotation, lot and batch tracking, and adherence to regulatory requirements. • Oversee the management and upkeep of demonstration and loan equipment, ensuring all items are tracked, cleaned, and returned to specification. • Coordinate order fulfilment and assembly, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery. • Manage PAT testing and electrical safety checks for applicable equipment. • Handle logistics and freight arrangements, maintaining relationships with providers and resolving shipping issues. • Actively participate in the WMS implementation, contributing operational knowledge and ultimately managing the system post-launch. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Proven experience in warehouse management • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control systems, including NetSuite and Salesforce. • Excellent organisational and leadership skills. • Ability to work in a physical role, handle stock, and maintain attention to detail in varying temperature conditions. • Experience in implementing or managing a Warehouse Management System is highly desirable.
