The Role: You’ll take ownership of a 24/7 warehouse operation, leading from the front to deliver safe, efficient, and high-performing operations. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on embedding consistency, improving planning, and building a more proactive, forward-thinking team. Key focus areas include: • Driving performance across safety, service, inventory accuracy, and cost control • Leading and developing operational and admin teams, raising capability and confidence levels • Creating a more structured, consistent way of working across shifts in a 24/7 environment • Embedding a culture of continuous improvement and forward planning — particularly in preparation for peak trading periods • Acting as a visible, present leader within the warehouse, supporting teams in real time The Person: What We’re Looking For • Proven warehouse or logistics leadership experience in fast-paced environments • Strong operationally with the ability to balance people, process, and performance • A leader who develops teams, builds accountability, and drives cultural change • Confidence working with warehouse systems and performance metrics • The resilience and pace required for customer-driven, time-sensitive operations Why This Role?
