Warehouse Manager

Warehouse Manager Full time, Permanent Dunstable Up to £45,000 per annum Our client, a well-established and growing business based in Dunstable, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and lead a busy team within a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing warehouse efficiency, maintaining high health and safety standards, and supporting the continued development and automation of warehouse processes. Key Responsibilities for a Warehouse Manager: • Managing and leading a team of 6 permanent warehouse staff and up to 30 temporary workers during peak periods • Overseeing daily warehouse operations including goods in, dispatch, and stock control • Driving improvements in warehouse processes, including introducing greater automation and efficiencies • Ensuring high standards of health & safety are maintained across the warehouse • Monitoring productivity and performance across the team • Coordinating staffing levels to meet operational demand • Working closely with senior management to support operational improvements Key Skills for a Warehouse Manager: • Previous experience in a Warehouse Manager or similar leadership role • Experience managing both permanent and temporary warehouse teams • Strong understanding of warehouse operations and stock management • Health & safety aware with the ability to maintain a safe working environment • Experience implementing process improvements or warehouse automation • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills Benefits: • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays • Discretionary bonus • Employee discounts on company products • Company life insurance • Career development opportunities within a growing business If you’re an experienced Warehouse Manager looking for a hands-on leadership role within a growing organisation, we’d love to hear from you.
