Warehouse Operative

The Role As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety and organisation. Key Responsibilities: • Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders • Loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently • Scanning products and updating stock movements using handheld scanners and internal systems • Supporting the receipt and storage of incoming deliveries • Ensuring products are stored correctly and accurately for traceability • Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment • Working closely with colleagues to meet operational targets What We're Looking For • Previous warehouse experience is essential • Experience using handheld scanners is desirable • A positive attitude and strong work ethic • Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team • Good attention to detail and accuracy • Commitment to health and safety procedures Benefits • £26,750 annual salary • Additional £1,000 salary increase once trained on machinery • One-stage face-to-face interview • Overtime paid at time and a half • Monday to Friday working pattern – no regular weekends • 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays • Christmas shutdown • One free physio session per month • Uniform and safety boots supplied • Company pension scheme • Bonus scheme • Sick pay following probation • Free on-site parking • Genuine opportunities for training and career progression • Immediate start available If you're looking for a stable, long-term opportunity with a company that invests in its people, we'd love to hear from you.
