Job description

Kinaxia are recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join their team at their site in Roudham. The Warehouse Operative will be responsible for order picking/packing or sorting from warehouse stock in preparation for loading to ensure the smooth day to day operation of the business whilst maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction and safety. • Monday - Friday • 40 hours per week • £12.71 per hour • Additional benefits: • Life assurance • Pension • Exceptional fleet • Opportunity for training and development (CPC training) • Full Uniform and PPE • Onsite Parking • Cycle to work scheme • Loyalty Awards (recognises employees with 5, 10, 20, 30 and 40 years’ service) • Employee benefits and discounts across a range of top brands (including shopping, travel, motoring and days out) About the job: • Complete all consignment paperwork in an accurate and timely manner to deliver a world class service; • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies relating to missing items of stock and dispatch to reduce customer complaints; • Undertake daily/weekly safety checks on the manual handling equipment and work areas, complete any relevant paperwork and deliver to your Team Leader/Supervisor/Manager to ensure the business is fully compliant; • Operate high standards of general housekeeping in order to maintain a clean and tidy workplace at all times; • Work in a safe manner and in compliance with Health and Safety regulations to reduce the risk of accidents; • Assist other departments as and when necessary in order to ensure the smooth running of the business. • Use of scanner. Your knowledge and experience: • Warehouse health & Safety procedures • Stock management software • FLT licence, Counterbalance or Reach or VNA • Ability to demonstrate, understand and apply our Company values.
