REED FE are looking for dedicated Adult Skills Trainer with expertise in Level 2 Warehouse courses. This role is crucial for delivering targeted training and managing learners to help them achieve qualifications in these fields.
• Warehouse trainer Assessor
• Contract Type: 1-3 months with potential to extend
• Salary: £25- £35ph depending on experience and qualifications
• Location: Office based at North and East London ( required travel between sites )
• Start Date: Asap in the next few weeks
Day-to-day of the role of a Warehouse Trainer Assessor:
• Deliver accredited training sessions in Warehouse qualifications
• Manage a caseload of 15-20 learners, ensuring personalized support and guidance.
• Travel between training sites in London as necessary.
• Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback to facilitate successful qualification achievement.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of learners' progress and milestones.
Required Skills & Qualifications for the Warehouse Trainer :
• Must hold a relevant teaching qualification level 3 or above.
• Must hold an assessing qualification e.g A1, CAVA, TAQA ect
• Specialised knowledge and experience in delivering to Adult learners
• Required to have an Enhanced DBS check covering Child and Adult barred list
• Proven ability to manage and deliver effective training to adult learners.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
