Warranty Administrator

Role: Warranty Administrator Location: Carlisle Salary: £30,000 Basic Richard Abson Group is proud to be working with a prestigious premium car dealership in Carlisle to recruit an experienced Warranty Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity to join a close-knit and supportive warranty team, playing a key role in the smooth running of the aftersales department. Working closely with Service Advisors and management, you will take ownership of the end-to-end warranty process, ensuring all claims are submitted accurately and efficiently in line with both manufacturer and group standards. The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing warranty documentation, maintaining compliance, and ensuring all administration is completed to the highest standard. The ideal candidate will have: • Previous experience as a Warranty Administrator or Service Administrator within a franchised car dealership. • Strong knowledge of warranty processes and manufacturer standards. • Experience using the Kerridge dealer management system. • Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail. • The ability to work effectively within a busy aftersales environment. The Package: • £30,000 Basic Salary • Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm • Flexitime available • No weekends • Opportunity to join a respected premium automotive brand with a supportive team environment.
