Weekend Patient Service Advisor (GP Practice)

The Brighton Station Health Centre is currently looking to recruit Weekend Patient Service Advisors / Administrators to join our GP Practice team in Brighton on a part time basis. Here at the Brighton Station Health Centre, we operate community general practices on behalf of the NHS, offering patients the full range of services they would expect from a local GP. We work in partnership with the NHS to ensure that patients get quick and easy access to the care they need at the right time.   This position is a part time role, offering circa 24 hours per week covering Saturday's and Sunday's. We will be looking for you to work within the hours of 7:45am-8:15pm   Here at Practice Plus Group, we are looking for x2 Patient Services Advisors to join us in our practice based in the vibrant Brighton centre. You will be working on a permanent, part time basis.   You would be the first point of contact for all patients at the practice. This would include booking appointments using the system, greeting patients on arrival and notifying the appropriate clinician. While in the waiting room, the patients would be in your care, and so you would need to observe them and notify the appropriate staff should they need immediate health requirements.
