Job description

Become a Workforce Administrator / PA where your work really matters. Total Assist Recruitment are recruiting for a Workforce Administrator / PA. This is more than just an administration role. You'll play a vital part in supporting workforce processes, recruitment, compliance and the Hospital Director, ensuring the service operates efficiently while making a real difference to the lives of those in our care. What you'll be doing As a Workforce Administrator / PA, you'll provide comprehensive administrative and workforce support, including: • Supporting recruitment, onboarding and induction of new starters • Maintaining accurate HR records and employee files • Processing contractual changes, leavers, maternity and paternity administration • Monitoring workforce compliance and ensuring records remain up to date • Liaising with payroll and Head Office regarding employment documentation • Supporting reception cover when required • Administering workforce systems and absence management records • Producing reports and maintaining confidential data • Providing PA support to the Hospital Director, including diary management, meeting coordination, minute taking and general administrative support What we're looking for You'll be someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can confidently manage multiple priorities.
