We have an exciting opportunity for a Workplace Experience Coordinator to join a dynamic team based in Hammersmith. You will play a key role in supporting day-to-day workplace operations, enhancing employee experiences, and ensuring the office environment runs seamlessly. The ideal candidate will have experience in: • Workplace & Facilities Coordination – Supporting office operations, managing meeting rooms, coordinating visitor experiences, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring workplace services are delivered to a high standard. • Exceptional Customer Service & Stakeholder Management – Building strong relationships with employees, visitors, clients, and vendors while providing a professional, friendly, and approachable service. • Event & Employee Experience Support – Helping to coordinate workplace events, employee engagement initiatives, onboarding activities, and wellbeing programmes that enhance the overall employee experience. • Strong Organisation & Administration – Managing schedules, documentation, invoices, supplies, reporting, and competing priorities with excellent attention to detail. • Communication & Problem-Solving Skills – Communicating effectively, resolving issues proactively, and identifying ways to continuously improve the workplace environment.
