Your new company Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated KS2 practitioner looking for a rewarding new role? Hays Education are working in partnership with a welcoming primary school in the Blackpool area to recruit a talented teacher to take on the split teaching of Year 3 and Year 5 classes from September. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive, community-focused school where staff wellbeing, high-quality teaching and positive relationships are at the heart of everything they do. Your new role As the class teacher, you will: • Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that meet the needs of both year groups • Plan creatively to ensure progression across lower and upper KS2 • Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment • Work collaboratively with the wider KS2 team • Assess, track and report on pupil progress • Build strong relationships with pupils, staff and families This role would suit a confident practitioner who enjoys challenge, differentiation and bringing learning to life. What you'll need to succeed We are looking for a teacher who is: • Passionate about delivering high-quality KS2 teaching • Skilled in adapting learning for mixed-age groups • Confident with behaviour management and classroom organisation • Committed to raising attainment and nurturing pupil confidence • Reliable, reflective and eager to contribute to school life Both experienced teachers and strong ECTs are encouraged to apply.
