Role Responsibilities: Supporting young people with independent living, managing finances, health promotion, and facilitating activities and housing management tasks.
Candidate Requirements: Experience working with young people with complex needs, homelessness, and understanding of their wellbeing; flexible, empathetic, and good communication skills.
Qualifications: NVQ level 3 or equivalent in Social Care, Youth Support Work, or Housing/Homelessness is preferred but not essential.
Working Conditions: Shift patterns include days, evenings, and weekends; service operates 24/7, requiring flexibility.
