On offer is the chance to work with expert colleagues on 2 line IT support. You will be working via phone, email, and a ticket management system handling escalations from 1 line helpdesk support. This role will involve working with Microsoft server and desktop operating systems. The ideal candidate is an IT Support Engineer or similar who wants to join a leading IT Managed Services Provider looking to progress their career with a company leading in the industry.
