Job description

Your new company You will work for a successful and forward-thinking technology business based in central London. Your new role This is a newly created role which has come about due to business growth. Your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to): • Daily management of three email inboxes (Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable / General queries) • End-to-end Accounts Payable including maintaining vendor records, invoice processing, preparation and execution of supplier payments, producing expense reports and creating PO's. • Accounts Receivable, including issuing customer statements, Credit Control, and posting/allocation of receipts • Bank reconciliation • Handling sales orders • Data entry • Investigation and resolution of queries What you'll need to succeed • Recent, relevant experience in a similar Accounts Assistant/Accounts Administrator role, with a desire to build skills in transactional accounting • You will be super organised and deadline-driven, proactive and solution-focused. • Opportunity to recognise and make suggestions on process/efficiency improvement • Intermediate Excel competency and strong data manipulation capability • NetSuite system experience advantageous (not essential) • You'll be a confident and clear communicator with both finance and non-finance personnel. • Right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
