Accounts Payable Specialist (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract)Location: Oxford (hybrid role & onsite parking) Salary: £35,000 Robert Half Ltd are pleased to be working with a business based in Oxford that are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join its Finance team on a 12-month fixed term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business at an exciting stage, supporting the full accounts payable function while playing a key role in a major system migration. Key Responsibilities • Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice processing, reconciliations and payment runs • Maintain supplier records and resolve invoice queries • Assist with month-end activities and financial controls • Support the finance team throughout the SAP S/4HANA implementation, helping ensure a smooth system transition • Work closely with stakeholders across the business to improve processes and resolve issues About You • Confident in an Accounts Payable role • Essential: Previous experience working with SAP/S4Hanna • Strong Excel skills and excellent attention to detail Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
