• Manage and organise office files, records, and documentation.
• Provide general administrative support to the team, including correspondence handling.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring all materials are prepared in advance.
• Respond to telephone and email inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain databases and ensure information is up-to-date and accurate.
• Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations as required.
• Order office supplies and ensure resources are well-stocked.
• Support other team members with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Profile
A successful Administrator should have:

Job Offer
