For further information on this role, please see the attached detailed Job Description and Person Specification: • To be professionally and legally accountable for all work undertaken and to practice at an advanced level of professional autonomy and accountability that is within national renal cancer guidelines, Royal Marsden Trust policies and NMC Codes of Conduct. • To support the patients key worker ensuring continuity through the patient journey including transition between the surgical urology and oncology departments, both within the Royal Marsden and the wider referral network. • To independently receive patient referrals utilising highly developed expert knowledge and clinical skills. • To perform health assessments including obtaining a clinical history, conducting the physical examination and assessment of psychological wellbeing. • To order diagnostic tests (e.g. flow rate, blood tests, CXR, echocardiography, MRI, CT, bone scan, DEXA scan) as appropriate and in keeping with National and Local guidelines.
