About The Role We are looking for an AI Enablement Analyst to join our growing AI Centre of Enablement (CoE). This role will help shape how AI is governed, adopted and scaled across MS Amlin Business Services (MS ABS), working with business and technology teams to turn ideas into measurable outcomes. Acting as the operational engine of the AI CoE, you will coordinate AI demand, maintain our portfolio of AI initiatives, support governance activities, produce management reporting, and help ensure AI opportunities are prioritised, delivered and tracked consistently. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple stakeholders, bringing structure to emerging technologies, and helping teams realise value from innovation. We’re made up of four distinct businesses covering Global Reinsurance, Lloyds Franchise, Local Specialty Insurer, and Business Services What You’ll Spend Your Time Doing • Manage and maintain the organisation's AI Use Case Portfolio, ensuring new AI opportunities are assessed, tracked, prioritised and progressed through the appropriate governance and delivery processes. • Coordinate the intake, review and prioritisation of AI ideas, working with stakeholders to understand business problems, challenge assumptions, assess potential value and help determine the most appropriate solution approach. • Support the operation of the AI Centre of Enablement by organising governance forums, preparing meeting materials, tracking decisions, maintaining action logs and ensuring agreed activities are followed through to completion. • Develop and maintain reporting on AI activity, including adoption, usage, business value, benefits realisation, key performance indicators and portfolio progress for leadership stakeholders. • Work with business and technology teams to define use cases, document requirements, capture expected benefits and support the development of business cases for new AI initiatives. • Help create and maintain AI standards, templates, guidance material, assessment forms, governance artefacts and reusable assets that support the safe and effective adoption of AI across the organisation. What We Need From You • Experience in a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Change Management, Portfolio Management, PMO or similar role, with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. • Strong organisational and communication skills, with experience coordinating meetings, governance activities, reporting processes and delivery initiatives. • Ability to assess business opportunities, challenge requirements constructively and help stakeholders define measurable outcomes and benefits. • Experience producing management information, dashboards, key performance indicators, reporting packs or portfolio reporting for senior stakeholders. • An interest in artificial intelligence and emerging technologies, with the ability to understand technical concepts and discuss them confidently with both technical and non-technical audiences. • An undergraduate degree, professional qualification, or equivalent practical experience is desirable but not essential.
