Job description

Enterprise Architect - Business Transformation & AI | ContractOutside IR35 | £700-£750/day | Initial 6 Months | Remote | (London-based client) We're supporting a leading consultancy specialising in CX transformations in the search for an experienced Enterprise Architect to join a major business and AI transformation programme. This is not a traditional Enterprise Architecture role. We're looking for someone who operates at the intersection of business strategy and technology-someone who can advise senior stakeholders, shape transformation, and define pragmatic roadmaps that deliver real business value. You'll work closely with C-suite stakeholders, including CTOs and CIOs, helping organisations make strategic decisions around operating models, platforms, AI and enterprise transformation. We're looking for someone with experience in: • Enterprise-wide transformation programmes-not architecture in isolation • Assessing business processes and target operating models • Evaluating SaaS and enterprise platforms, with the ability to determine whether to optimise, replace or introduce new technology • AI and automation strategy, including understanding when native platform capabilities are sufficient versus when bespoke solutions are required • Defining practical target-state architectures and phased transformation roadmaps • Designing governance, guardrails and human-in-the-loop controls for AI-enabled business processes • Influencing and advising senior executives, including CIOs, CTOs and other C-suite stakeholders • SaaS systems such as Salesforce, Dynamics, NICE, SAP, ServiceNow or Zendesk You'll ideally have: • Strong consulting or advisory experience • Expertise across enterprise architecture, business architecture and digital transformation
