Air Conditioning Engineer

A leading building services provider is looking for an AC Engineer to join their maintenance team on a mobile basis looking after commercial buildings in the Kent & South East London areas. Our client offers One Hour Travel paid - Work 8 hours and get paid for 10 (Up to extra £5k per year!) Working as an AC engineer you'll be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance of the landlord plant, ensuring the site's HVAC and mechanical systems operate efficiently. The role: • To deliver planned, preventative and reactive maintenance in line with the contract service delivery plan for Commercial HVAC equipment • Carry out A/C works including minor projects & refurbishment • Fault Find, investigate, troubleshoot and rectify defects in all A/C units & systems and any associated plant / components • Single / Multi splits, VAVs, VRVs, VRFs, Close Control, DX Units, CRAC units • Replacing compressors, condensers, regassing, brazing, soldering etc • Dealing with subcontractors where necessary • Ensure all statutory documentation is completed and kept up to date at all times Package & Benefits: • Up to £55,000 per annum • Mon - Fri 8:30am - 4:30pm • 1 Hour Travel paid - Work 8 hours and get paid for 10 (Up to extra £5k per year!) • 23 days holiday + bank holidays • Pension scheme • Overtime & training opportunities • Working on a high-profile site with excellent career
