Air Conditioning Engineer

Job Title: Senior Air Conditioning Engineer Location: London & M25 Region Salary: £58,000 per annum + Company Vehicle + Overtime + Career Progression Overview: We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Air Conditioning Engineer to join a well-established and growing specialist contractor. Role & Responsibilities: As a Senior Air Conditioning Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of air conditioning systems across commercial environments. The role will have a strong focus on complex diagnostics and fault-finding. Key duties include: • Service, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems including split units, VRV and VRF systems • Carrying out fault-finding and complex diagnostic work • Working on some chiller systems • Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with industry regulations • Supporting junior engineers where required The role is primarily based in and around the M25, with approximately 90% of work within the education, healthcare, and hotel sectors. Package: • £58,000 basic salary • Company vehicle • Overtime available • Strong career progression opportunities within a growing business • Stable, long-term employment Requirements: • F-Gas qualified • Full UK driving licence • NVQ / City & Guilds in Air Conditioning (beneficial) • Minimum 5 years' industry experience • Strong knowledge of VRV/VRF and split systems • Experience with chillers (desirable) • Knowledge of heat pumps, FCUs, and AHUs (advantageous) • Based within or near the M25 Summary: This position would suit a skilled Air Conditioning Engineer looking to step into a more senior role with a focus on technical, high-level work, while benefiting from job security and long-term progression.
