Antitrust Legal PA Join one of the most prestigious US law firms in their stunning City offices as a Legal PA, supporting a Partner and team in their award-winning Antitrust & Competition team in London. • Highly competitive salary and excellent employee benefits including free meals • 09:30-17:30 working hours • Hybrid working (4 days office / 1 day remote) • Stunning offices by Liverpool Street We’re looking for resourceful team-players who can work in a progressive, fast-paced environment with competing demands, while remaining flexible, proactive, and efficient. Antitrust Legal PA Key Responsibilities: • Extensive diary management across multiple time zones • Schedule and organise meetings, conferences, and departmental activities • Book complex travel and accommodation arrangements, prepare travel itineraries and process travel expenses • Document preparation including spell checks, edits, and proofreading work to ensure accuracy and completeness • Maintain positive contact with clients, open new files, and maintain all client and general files • Ensure lawyers’ weekly timesheets are dealt with in a timely manner • Management of inboxes and e-filing Antitrust Legal PA Skills & Requirements: • Previous experience in a similar role within a law firm • Ability to transcribe legal documents and correspondence from rough draft or dictation • Excellent English language and grammar skills; ability to proofread typed material for grammatical or spelling errors
