Job Title: Architect Ref: BM235 Location: Birmingham Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the West Midlands leading RIBA chartered practices who provide expert design services to the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. They are on the lookout for a talented and ambitious Architect to join their Birmingham studio. Benefits for the role of Architect include: • Highly competitive salary • Contributory pension scheme • Flexible working • Personal development • Personal development • Generous holiday allowance Duties for the role of Architect include: • Lead on large scale residential and commercial projects through all RIBA work stages • Liaise alongside clients, contractors and other members of the team • Produce detailed drawing packages using Revit and AutoCAD • Carry out site visits and ensure high quality and compliance is achieved • Carry out architectural drawings and specifications and construction documentations Skills and experience for the role of Architect: • ARB registered • Relevant post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice • Proficiency with Revit • Proven experience working through RIBA stages 1 to 7 • Experience working on projects across various sectors • Excellent drawing and design skills • Strong attention to detail • Excellent communication and organisational skills • Live within a commutable distance to the Birmingham area If This role interests you or if you are interested in searching for other roles relating to architecture please feel free to contact Ben Moore on or email .
