Job description

Your new company You'll be joining a well-established social housing provider with a strong focus on neighbourhood safety, customer wellbeing and consistent service delivery. The team manages a busy caseload of ASB and tenancy-related issues, working closely with legal colleagues, partner agencies and community safety teams to keep residents safe and supported. Your new role As an ASB Officer, you'll take ownership of a varied caseload, responding decisively to reports of anti-social behaviour and progressing cases through prevention, intervention and enforcement. You'll manage data accurately, maintain clear case notes, update customers and partners, and ensure cases are handled consistently from first report to resolution. You'll work closely with the in-house Legal Team to prepare high-quality statements, injunction applications, possession paperwork and breach documentation. You'll attend court, support legal colleagues, give evidence where required and carry out advocacy when appropriate. This is a full-time role, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. What you'll need to succeed • Strong experience in ASB case management within social housing or community safety. • Confidence preparing legal documentation including statements, injunctions and possession cases. • Ability to manage a busy caseload with accurate notes and consistent progression. • Clear communication skills with customers, colleagues and partner agencies. • Confidence attending court and supporting legal processes.
