Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst - SouthamptonLocation: Southampton, Hampshire Salary: £33,000 - £36,000 (depending on experience) Contract: Permanent | Full-time A well-established asbestos consultancy is looking to recruit an experienced Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to support projects across Southampton and the wider South Coast region. This is a genuine dual role offering a balanced mix of surveying and analytical duties across commercial and mixed-use environments. What's on Offer • £33,000 - £36,000 salary (DOE) • Company vehicle provided • Balanced survey and analytical workload • Structured and well-planned diary • Supportive management and technical backing • Permanent, long-term role The Role • Delivering Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Surveys in line with HSG264 • Undertaking air monitoring, four-stage clearances, leak testing, smoke testing, and reassurance sampling • Working across commercial, industrial, and mixed-use properties • Producing accurate, compliant survey and analytical reports • Ensuring all work complies with current legislation, HSE guidance, and UKAS procedures Requirements • BOHS P402, P403 & P404 (or equivalent qualifications) • Experience working as a Surveyor / Analyst or in a dual role • Strong understanding of asbestos legislation and compliance • Ability to manage workload independently • Full UK driving licence For more information or to apply, contact Aidan Morgan or send your CV to:
