Associate Electrical Design Engineer Building Services

Company A very reputable large multidisciplinary engineering consultancy with multiple offices throughout the UK. They are currently engaged in a number of projects ranging in size across Healthcare, Education, Commercial, Mixed-Use and more. Positive workplace culture and candidate feedback. Currently seeking an experienced electrical designer at Principal or Associate level. The Role • Lead the electrical design and coordination of building services projects • Manage projects from feasibility through to detailed design and site delivery • Oversee and review electrical calculations, specifications, reports, and drawings • Provide technical leadership to engineers within the team • Attend client meetings and represent the business professionally • Support commercial activities • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standards • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders Qualifications/Experience • Significant experience within a Building Services consultancy • Strong technical knowledge of electrical building services systems • Experience leading projects and managing client relationships • Proficiency in industry software including Revit, AutoCAD, Amtech, Dialux, or similar • Excellent communication and leadership abilities • Degree qualification in Electrical or Building Services Engineering • Chartered status or working towards chartership (CIBSE/IET desirable) Benefits • 25 days annual leave + public holidays • 9 day fortnight • Hybrid working • 5% pension • Private healthcare • Holiday buy/sell • Support towards chartership Morgan Hunt is a multi-award-winning recruitment business for interim, contract and temporary recruitment and acts as an Employment Agency in relation to permanent vacancies.
