Do you have experience supporting pupils with behavioural or emotional needs? Are you able to build positive relationships with young people and encourage positive behaviour? If yes, then this Behaviour Mentor role is for you!!! The Role - Behaviour Mentor Seeking a resilient and proactive Behaviour Mentor to support pupils aged 11-16 within a secondary school setting. You will work closely with teaching staff, pastoral teams and the SEND department to provide targeted 1:1 and small-group support for pupils who require additional behavioural intervention. The role involves implementing behaviour support plans, using de-escalation techniques, promoting emotional regulation and helping pupils remain engaged with their learning. You will act as a positive role model, encouraging attendance, resilience and positive behaviour throughout the school day.
