The Role As a Behaviour Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping students feel supported, engaged, and motivated throughout the school day. You'll work closely with teachers and support staff to create a positive and consistent learning environment where every student can succeed. Your responsibilities will include: • Supporting students in the classroom to remain focused and engaged • Managing behaviour using positive and proactive strategies • Delivering tailored interventions and individual support plans • Building strong, trusting relationships with students • Supporting emotional regulation, communication, and social development • Working collaboratively with staff to provide consistent support What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is patient, resilient, and genuinely passionate about supporting children with additional needs.
