Bespoke Joiner / Aylesbury, In Person / From £38,000 Per Annum D.O.E. Are you a high-end, bespoke joiner or cabinet maker looking for a fresh challenge? If so, this could be the opportunity you have been looking for. Cyberhomes, an award-winning home automation, entertainment and home cinema installation specialist, are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bespoke Joiner to join our specialist team. Every project is unique, requiring craftsmanship, technical ability, and a commitment to delivering outstanding quality. You will be involved in every stage of the process, from workshop fabrication through to final installation on site. What’s in it for you? • A starting salary from £38,000 per annum depending on experience. • Working hours - 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday • Company pension. • 20 days holiday plus bank holidays. After 3 years employment an extra day will be added per year up to a maximum of 5 extra days. • On-site parking. • Company van provided. Main responsibilities of the Bespoke Joiner: • Manufacture bespoke home cinema furniture, acoustic wall systems, cabinetry, and interior components to an exceptional standard. • Produce high-end joinery using a variety of premium materials including hardwoods, MDF, veneers, laminates, and composites. • Install completed projects on-site, ensuring a flawless finish and excellent client experience. Skills and experience required: • Proven experience in high-end bespoke joinery or cabinet making. • Excellent woodworking and finishing skills with exceptional attention to detail. • Experience in upholstery, including fabric wrapping and working with acoustic materials. • Competence in operating CNC machinery within a manufacturing environment. • Experience installing bespoke interiors on-site. • Strong understanding of building interior construction, including timber studwork, metal framing, plasterboard systems, acoustic construction methods, and coordination with first and second fix trades. • Full UK driving licence.
