Business Centre Manager

We are delighted to bring to the market this opportunity for a customer-focused and highly organised Business Centre Manager for a luxury new riverside centre near to London Bridge station. • In this role, you will be accountable for ensuring an exceptional customer experience, effective operation day to day and revenue growth. • You will be acting in a supervisory capacity to centre operation assistants. Key Responsibilities • Customer service and customer relations • Operations management • Sales and KPI target leadership • Supervisory role to assistants • Financial management • Policy and compliance • Training and development • Health and safety The ideal candidate would have: • A proven record in revenue generation within a customer facing environment • Strong commercial acumen • Strong leadership skills • The ability to ensure an exceptional customer experience Knowledge and Experience required: Proficiency in Microsoft office 365 & CRM software Whats on Offer: A supportive and dynamic working environment.
