Key responsibilities include: • Providing dependable central support to underwriting teams • Coordinating and overseeing outsourced service providers and agreements • Reviewing existing processes and identifying practical improvements • Acting as a point of guidance for colleagues and external partners • Delivering training on systems and procedural updates • Producing operational and performance reports to support decision-making • Monitoring credit control and broker ledger agreements for compliance • Conducting quality assurance checks across risk and financial data • Supporting financial processes including reconciliations and account verification • Assisting with month-end reporting activities • Providing additional administrative support to the claims team when required What you will need - This role would suit someone with a solid professional background who is looking to apply their experience in a structured, team-oriented environment.
