Job description

Business Analysts - Surrey (Hybrid) - Up to £60,000 I'm currently partnering with a leading UK manufacturing and supply chain organisation that is looking to appoint a Business Analyst to play a key role in the modernisation of its technology landscape. The business is in the midst of a significant digital transformation programme, making this an exciting opportunity to join an organisation investing heavily in its digital platforms, automation initiatives and cloud-native technologies. Working at the centre of a complex, multi-site operation, you'll collaborate with stakeholders across the business to analyse existing processes, identify opportunities for improvement and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications. Required Skills & Experience: • Extensive SQL proficiency. • Good understanding of programming languages - e.g. Python and C++ • Experience in systems thinking. • Documentation tool experience - e.g. Confluence, Jira, Visio, Lucidchart. • Exposure to the software development life cycle. • Strong understanding of business process modelling.
