Job description

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our friendly team at Courtyard Café in Horsforth, Leeds. This is a unique and rewarding role where you will support and empower people with learning disabilities to develop confidence and workplace skills in a warm, vibrant setting. As a Café Support Worker, you will be primarily based in the Courtyard Café. Your role will involve providing support to people with learning disabilities to experience employment and community involvement. • Preparation of healthy, high-quality food and drinks • Maintain excellent standards of food hygiene, and health and safety • Ensure efficient general running of the service. • Work alongside the wider team to offer practical and emotional support to members as required. This is a part time role of 7.5 hours per week, which will be worked on Saturdays between 08:30-16:30.
