We're looking for a CAW Operations Coordinator to join our team on a 12months FTC basis. This role offers a salary of £35,000 pro rata for 3 days remote working with occasional office visits may be required in London. What you will be doing; • Coordinate Specialist Meetings and international task forces, ensuring projects are delivered on time and stakeholders remain engaged. • Act as the key liaison for CAW Specialist Meetings and CAW Network USA, managing communications and reporting on progress. • Support research and insight projects, ensuring accurate collection and sharing of information. • Organise travel, meetings and events for the CAW team and international stakeholders. • Work with the Marketing team to coordinate and distribute content from specialist groups across CAW channels. • Support the Director with the day-to-day operations of CAW, including GDPR, legal compliance and finance administration. Experience • Previous experience in project coordination, operations or stakeholder management. • Experience working in a professional services, membership or B2B environment. • Experience supporting research or insight projects (desirable). • Good standard of education. Skills & Competencies • Strong project coordination and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including preparing agendas, minutes and stakeholder communications. • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work with senior UK and international contacts. • Proactive problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail and sound judgement. • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
