Childcare Solicitor, 7+ Years PQE, Warwickshire, £65,000+ (DOE) – This is an exciting opportunity to work in a sensitive but rewarding area of law, making a real difference to families and children at some of the most challenging times in their lives. JOB REF:4069 THE ROLE: • This role offers the opportunity to develop further expertise within a supportive team, with scope to contribute to business development and the continued growth of their Family department. • You will be responsible for guiding clients throughout care proceedings, from early involvement through to final hearings • You will also advise on Special Guardianship applications and related orders within public law proceedings • Undertaking your own advocacy and representing clients at court • Providing clear, empathetic advice to vulnerable clients in complex and often emotionally charged situations SKILLS REQUIRED: • Applications are sought from Childcare Solicitors with a minimum of 2 Years PQE looking for that next step in their career. • Experienced in public law children matters, with confidence in managing your own caseload • Skilled in advocacy and able to represent clients at hearings • A strong communicator, able to explain complex legal issues in plain, reassuring language • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, sensitive area of law • Empathetic, calm under pressure, and committed to supporting vulnerable clients ON OFFER: • Highly competitive salary • Enhanced maternity/paternity pay • Healthy bonus scheme • Flexible/remote working options Contact Penny Trotman at eNL on or email with your CV, or simply call for a confidential discussion. eNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
