We need workers who look past the behaviour, understand the severe trauma underneath, and provide safe structure to a young person's day. You will be delivering specialized person centred interventions to children and young people with complex needs, including autism, PICA, and severe emotional challenges. This position would perfectly suit individuals who have previously worked as a Residential Care Worker, Support Worker, Youth Worker, Mental Health Assistant, or Family Support Worker.
