We are seeking robust support staff to step into specialised Tailored Localised Care placements, assisting children and young adults with severe communication deficits, profound learning disabilities, and active trauma backgrounds. This role would perfectly suit individuals who have previously worked as a Residential Care Worker, Support Worker, Youth Worker, Mental Health Assistant, Custody Worker, or Family Support Worker. How you will make a difference • Foster Independence: Assist young people with sensory stimulation, communication tracking, and personal care routines. • Maintain Safety: Manage physical and verbal aggression calmly, preserving the dignity of the young person at all times. • Report Effectively: Keep professional, detailed records in perfect compliance with statutory regulatory frameworks.
