Job description

The Recruitment Crowd is recruiting on behalf of a confidential client for an experienced Children's Therapeutic Deputy Manager to join a specialist 3-bed children's residential home in Gateshead. This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive, trauma-informed organisation that provides therapeutic care for children and young people with learning disabilities and emotional and behavioural needs. The RoleWorking alongside the Registered Manager, you'll help lead the day-to-day operation of the home, ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding and compliance while supporting and developing the staff team. You'll play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing and therapeutic environment where children can thrive.
