Our Client, a Merseyside council is seeking a Children’s Social Worker to join their CWD Team. Fantastic payrate of £35.37 per hour! Responsibilities of this role: • Assess needs of children with disabilities and their families. • Develop and review care plans tailored to individual needs. • Safeguard children and manage risks in line with statutory guidance. • Coordinate multi-agency support (health, education, voluntary services). • Advocate for children and families, ensuring their voices are heard. • Prepare reports and attend meetings/court as required. • Manage caseloads and maintain accurate records. • Provide advice for EHCPs and specialist services. • Promote equality and anti-discriminatory practice. • Engage in supervision and professional development.
