• Contribute to a consistently high standard of patient care as a member of a multidisciplinary team. Supervise and train ED & Minor Injuries Unit clerical staff • To support the provision of an efficient administration and clerical service within • To assist the Administrative Services Manager in the day-to-day provision and supervision of an efficient and effective clerical and reception service across Emergency Department Service • To provide administrative support to the Consultant team and Junior Doctors to ensure comprehensive cover for all clinical areas for Consultants and Junior Doctors • To ensure the smooth running, coordination, and implementation on e-Record of all Emergency Department encounters daily • To supervise the clerical staff on a day-to-day basis ensuring adequate training and support is always provided • To ensure the 24 hours clerical rota is maintained to provide a comprehensive service to the Emergency Department unit • Ensure self and staff remain flexible to the service needs and maintain their skill set in supporting the Emergency Department Services Job description Job responsibilities • Contribute to a consistently high standard of patient care as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
