Job description

The Role We are seeking a highly organised and proactive office manager to help create a welcoming, efficient, and engaging office environment. Working as part of the wider business support team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the workplace while contributing to employee wellbeing, engagement, and overall office experience. This is a predominantly office-based role, working three days per week, with flexibility on specific days by agreement. Key Responsibilities • Support the delivery of initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture and enhance the employee experience. • Assist with the management and monitoring of workplace expenditure, processing invoices and maintaining accurate records. • Coordinate office activities and employee engagement initiatives that encourage collaboration and wellbeing. • Act as a central point of contact for workplace-related enquiries, resolving issues and escalating where appropriate. • Help maintain a safe, tidy, and professional office environment, ensuring facilities are well presented and operational. • Coordinate the logistics and delivery of internal meetings, events, and business activities held on-site. • Manage workplace access arrangements and maintain relevant records and inventories. • Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to support onboarding, offboarding, and workplace operations. • Build and maintain effective relationships with third-party providers, ensuring services are delivered to agreed standards. • Monitor stock levels and arrange replenishment of office and workplace supplies as required. • Provide practical support across the business to ensure operational requirements are met efficiently.
