CULTURE AND PROGRESSION
The clinic has a collaborative culture. Progression is performance-based; people have moved into marketing, theatre, finance, and management from this role. Annual salary increases are above inflation for those performing well.
The team socialises regularly; think team trips, early-finish socials every six weeks, and a general lack of the hierarchy you'd find in a larger organisation.
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
